Collection of user Data

Gabriel GPT do not collect or store any information about users. Exception(s): Users of the AI interface must register with a valid email address. This is to protect the AI from spam. We do not store generated images, text and user conversations with Gabriel GPT. Be sure to download any text or images before closing the Gabriel GPT AI window. All user content is lost when the browser window closes.

How we use your data

Your data (if any) is only used as an identifier to give access to the website member privileges. We might send you an email if there are significant changes in relation to the service or if you requested a password reset.

Cookies

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Third party content

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Who we share your data with

We do not share your email address with anyone else. If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long we retain your data

For users that register on our website, we store the information they provide (email address) in their user profile for as long as they are members. All users can see or delete their own information at any time. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site you can delete your account and all data associated with it at any time. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Purchases and User Credits

We do not offer any subscriptions or reoccurring payment plans for the website services. The website might supply users with free User Credits that can be used as payment for website services. In addition, users might be able to make one-time purchases for additional User Credits to be used for the website services. Due to the nature of the website services, User Credits can not be refunded or exchanged in any way, shape or form, other than to be used as payment for the website services by the registered user who the Credits was initially assigned to. The value of user credits might be altered at any time. In the case of discontinuation of the website services, any unused User Credits will not be refunded.

AI Content rights

You may provide input to Gabriel GPT, and receive output from Gabriel GPT that will be based on the input. You are responsible for both the input and output, including ensuring that it does not violate any applicable law or these Terms. You represent and warrant that you have all rights, licenses, and permissions needed to provide Input to our Services.

Ownership of AI input and output: You retain your ownership rights for the input and output. We hereby assign to you all our right, title, responsibility and interest, if any, in and to output. You accept that due to the nature of artificial intelligence, output may not be unique and other users may receive similar output. Our assignment above does not extend to other users’ output or any Third Party Output.

Accuracy of output: Given the complex nature of machine learning, you accept that use of our Services may in some situations result in output that might possibly be incorrect.

Discontinuation of Services

We may decide to discontinue our Services at any time without prior or further notice. Unused website credits will not be refunded if the Services is shut down.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE AND OUR AFFILIATES AND LICENSORS MAKE NO WARRANTIES (EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE) WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES, AND DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF ANY COURSE OF DEALING OR TRADE USAGE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ACCURATE OR ERROR FREE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT WILL BE SECURE OR NOT LOST OR ALTERED. YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE THAT ANY USE OF OUTPUTS FROM OUR SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND YOU WILL NOT RELY ON OUTPUT AS A SOLE SOURCE OF TRUTH OR FACTUAL INFORMATION.

Limitation of Liability

NEITHER WE NOR ANY OF OUR AFFILIATES OR LICENSORS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, OR DATA OR OTHER LOSSES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS WILL ALLWAYS BE NULL UNDER ANY SURCOMSTANCE.

Indemnity

If you are a business or organization, to the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify and hold harmless us, our affiliates, and our personnel, from and against any costs, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) from third party claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Services and Content or any violation of these Terms.
